My name is Eric Reed I live in Phoenix Arizona. I have been a collector and studying Buffalo Soldier History since 1995. I currently have 19 full size mannequins depicting the history from 1866 to 1948 this includes three women( Cathy Williams. Charity Adams and the first women Col in the Army nurse Corps ) I have uniforms from each period. I have done extensive research into the story of Bass Reeves. I have taken my display to Tombstone, the Arizona State Capital and several city events. I have done three events for the national buffalo soldiers motorcycle club. I love your museum and perhaps I could send you some pictures of my personal collection
Hello, I just saw on Fox 26 News that one of men that was convicted in the movie “How They See Us”, will be speaking on October 5. Will there be a fee and how much? Thanks!
My husband and I visited your museum while in Houston last week and it was a fantastic look at all the contributions and pain was achieved by dedicated hard working men and women from so many years ago till today. Thank you for keeping history and life alive with these depictions of real life events.
